• SupportHelp is reached from inside the GUI. Every message carries the account it came from.
• LicenseThe agent server source is available on GitHub, and the software is proprietary. Availability of the source does not make the software open source.
• BillingSearch2o bills through Stripe. The account owner sees every invoice in the GUI, under Billing › Invoices.
